DAMAGED ITEMS: We make every effort to ensure that products you have purchased
arrive in good condition. Please carefully inspect all items and
parts. Should a part be damaged or missing, please contact us to
report the problem. All claims for damage must be reported
within 3 days. We cannot honor any claim for damage after this 3
day period. Do not dispose of any of the original packaging
materials or boxes. We generally supply replacement parts as
needed to remedy any damage that may have occurred.
NON-DAMAGED ITEM RETURNS: An item may be returned in it's original packaging, unused and
undamaged only within 30 days from the day of purchase.
Should you wish to return a product, please contact us for a
return authorization number. Returns without a return
authorization number will be refused and no credit will be
issued. All items returned must not have been used and must be
returned in their original packaging with all paperwork, all
original contents and documents included.
You are responsible for all return shipping charges. You may
contact us via our info request
form. Please
include your order number as listed on your receipt to help
expedite the process. Refunds will include item cost minus
shipping. All returned items shipping costs are the sole
responsibility of the purchaser.

* Once unused merchandise is
received, inspected and determined in proper condition, your account will
be credited less original shipping amount and a 10%
restocking charge. No credit will be issued for
damaged goods!
DELIVERY POLICY
Orders are processed typically within 3
business days. Average time the items are shipped is 1-2 weeks. Once
shipped, receipt of your goods is totally dependant upon the shipper, the
shipping method and your location in relation to our warehouse. If an item
is backordered, you will be notified via email.
Most smaller items are generally shipped by standard ground delivery service
like UPS or FedEx. Small accessory items, such as remotes or a gas grill
rotisserie incur a nominal shipping charge unless they are shipped with a
main item like a grill.
Larger, fragile or heavier items, such as gas grills, are generally shipped
by Motor Freight carriers like American Freightways, Southeastern, Old
Dominion or Consolidated Freightways.
Someone must be present to sign for and to help unload all motor freight
shipments regardless of the location.
Due to past fraud, tracking information is
only sent upon request. It will only be sent to the email that is on the
original order.
REQUESTING INFO
All information requests must be made via our online
form. Most requests will receive a reply usually within 24 hours. If you
have submitted a request for info and have not received it within that time
frame, chances are the request may take an investigation. Please be patient
with us while we gather the info in order to give you a proper reply.
If it is regarding an order, please include your order number from your
invoice/receipt.
PRICING
Product & shipping prices subject to change at anytime for
whatever reason. Delivery charges are usually determined by
the carrier and will not be altered or discounted. So please
don't ask. Weight of actual product does not always justify
shipping weight. Some items may be shipped on palettes, heavy
crating or size of boxing. This can create added weight
causing higher rates.
