The Beacon of Freedom
is styled after the Cape Hatteras lighthouse and painted in
patriotic red, white and blue. The tower is swirled in red and white, and
the fifty stars are arrayed in white on the blue base: seven white stars
in seven blue blocks of the octagon with one star over the door on the
eighth block.
There
will be a limited production of the Beacon of Freedom with a commemorative
numbered plaque and descriptive picture provided with each lighthouse. A
percentage of each sale will be donated to the survivors and rescuers of
the September 11 WTC tragedy.
We
envision this lighthouse as a morale booster and one more way to do
something positive for our country.
